It’s based on my 14+ years of psychological experience distilled into a simple, practical blueprint to help you set and achieve your goals.The best part? You can use this framework long after you finish coaching, so you can achieve every future goal you create—for the rest of your life.It’s deceptively simple, but incredibly effective.


When you sign up for coaching, the first session will be 90 minutes, so you walk away with clarity and a blueprint to move forward toward your Intentional Life. Every session afterward is 60 minutes, and by the end of each one, you should walk away with more clarity, a deeper understanding of how to move forward, and exercises to practice between sessions.
