Build An Intentional Life

Is your work meaningful?

If not, there’s a 76% chance that it'll be one of your biggest regrets when you die.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

What if you could spend every day doing meaningful, purpose-driven work that fulfills you?

As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified Professional Coach, I can help you build an intentional life using proven psychological strategies.

Here’s how…

Here's The Quick Version

What I Do

I help founders, creators, and entrepreneurs develop systems to be more intentional with how they live, work, and create.

What Problems We Conquer

Despite achieving financial success, you’re still not satisfied with your life.

  • You’re not fulfilled.

  • Your work doesn’t resonate with you on a deep level.

  • Business victories feel hollow.

  • You can’t shake this hunger for more—you know you’re not tapping into your potential and doing work that truly matters.

  • You’re at a fork in the road and don't know how to move forward—in life and/or in business.

You need clarity on which path is right for you.

What Results You Can Expect

Imagine living an Intentional Life. You know your values—what makes you tick on a fundamental level—and have built your life aligned with them.

  • You do meaningful, purpose-driven work that fulfills you.

  • You’re finally living up to your potential and doing work that matters.

  • Each day is filled with freedom, fulfillment, and inspiration because you do what you enjoy.

Through coaching, you’ll develop the clarity and tools to build an Intentional Life. You’ll learn how to develop an ecosystem rooted in your core values—so everything you spend your time, money, and energy on is meaningful to you—no more getting distracted or derailed by unfulfilling work.

Finally, you can focus on what matters and filter out the rest.

How I Get You Results

Successful entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals come to me for coaching because I’m a Psychologist and Coach with a deep understanding of human behavior.

I leverage evidence-based psychology to help you gain the clarity and accountability you need to identify your core values and build your business, and your life, aligned with them.

So you can spend every day pursuing meaningful, purpose-driven work you enjoy.

Through my Psychological Optimization Program (POP), one method we’ll use to get you results is a mental model called The GOLD Framework. It’s based on my 14+ years of psychological experience distilled into a simple, practical blueprint to help you set and achieve your goals.

The best part? You can use this framework long after you finish coaching, so you can achieve every future goal you create—for the rest of your life.

It’s deceptively simple, but incredibly effective.

When you sign up for coaching, the first session will be 90 minutes, so you walk away with clarity and a blueprint to move forward toward your Intentional Life. Every session afterward is 60 minutes, and by the end of each one, you should walk away with more clarity, a deeper understanding of how to move forward, and exercises to practice between sessions.

Still On The Fence?

Here's The Full Story Of How Coaching Can Help You Build An Intentional Life

Here’s The Problem

Do you ever feel that, despite everything you’ve accomplished, there’s still something missing from your life—that you're meant for more?

Or maybe you’ve achieved financial freedom and now you’re thinking, “What’s next? How do I want to spend my time now that I don’t have to worry about money?”

As a Psychologist and Coach, I’ve spent the last 14+ years studying human motivation and behavior to help my clients figure out what they want out of life and how to achieve it.

But why do so many people struggle to figure out what their ideal life looks like or how to make it a reality?

Here’s the thing about money: it’s great. It gives you the freedom to level up your life. But many entrepreneurs discover that what they’ve spent years of their life chasing—what they thought they wanted—doesn’t feel as good as they thought it would. Victory feels almost…hollow. Despite their financial success, they still feel like something is missing—they haven’t tapped into their potential.

What’s holding them back?

If you want to live an Intentional Life filled with purpose, you need clarity on how to build it.

What’s The Worst That Could Happen?

Why not play it safe and live in mediocrity?

Ask the 76%.

Imagine: You’re on your deathbed looking back at your life. Yeah, you made a lot of money, but it cost you a lifetime of doing unfulfilling and uninspiring work. Despite all your successes, you feel like your life was always missing something. You regret not pursuing that thing you always wanted to do, but you’re out of time to do anything about it now.

You’re on your deathbed staring back at a lifetime of regret.

According to a Cornell University study by Dr. Tom Gilovich, 76% of people die with this same regret —they never lived up to their potential because they accepted a mediocre life.

Another scary number?

According to Dr. Abraham Maslow—who created the famous Hierarchy of Needs—less than 1% of people ever reach their potential.

So 99% of us never reach our potential or build an Intentional Life, and 3/4ths of us die regretting it.

This doesn’t have to be your future.

My mission is to make sure it isn’t. I’ve watched too many people die with regrets because they didn’t start building their ideal life until it was too late. They spent 40+ years chasing the wrong thing or paralyzed by fear because they convinced themselves freedom and fulfillment were unattainable.

I don’t want you to die with these regrets.

You can live a meaningful life—where you’re free to live each day on your terms and do work that matters.

But your mindset and habits are holding you back.

How many of these do you struggle with?

Toxic Mindsets:

  • Limiting beliefs

  • Imposter Syndrome

  • Constantly distracted

  • Struggling to make a decision

  • Lack clarity on what you want out of life or how to get it

Toxic Habits:

  • Laziness

  • Procrastination

  • Not committing to your plans

  • Trying to do too many things at once

  • Neglecting your physical and mental health

The right mindset and habits are the tools you need to build an Intentional Life.

Where Can You Go For Help?

Here’s a common struggle: you read all the self-help books, but you still haven’t managed to change your life.

The issue? Most self-help books are bullshit.

So you look into hiring a life coach.

But most life coaches have no idea what they’re talking about—coaching is an unregulated field, so anyone can wake up, make a social media account filled with selfies and cheap motivational quotes, and start calling themselves a life coach.

They can’t help you achieve your goals.

Why would you invest your money—and your time—in someone who can’t help you?

You need someone who gets you. Someone who has a deep understanding of human motivation and behavior.

I’m not a life coach.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified Professional Coach with over 14 years of training in psychological optimization.

“Psychologists have the most training of any profession in understanding human motivation, behavior, learning and change. And if they’ve done clinical work, they have a depth of one-on-one experience far greater than that of people who aren’t mental health professionals.”

—Dr. Jeffrey Auerbach, Founder of the College of Executive Coaching

I take my work, and my training, seriously because I take helping you achieve your goals seriously.

Your time is limited.

Why waste it on subpar coaches?

Ted’s Story

Ted had built several businesses. He was financially secure and controlled his schedule. By most metrics, he was successful.

“If I have a problem, I can just throw money at it,” was his philosophy. But he couldn’t throw money at his current problem: he didn’t find his work fulfilling.

He spent most of his time on client work and business logistics. It was good money, and he enjoyed it to a point. But he never felt like his work made a difference—it lacked purpose.

Ted had fallen into the trap of pursuing money to the exclusion of meaning. No matter how much he made, no matter how much he bought or how often he took a vacation, he felt trapped and uninspired. He didn’t want to spend the next chapter of his life this way.

He knew there had to be a better way. A way to build an Intentional Life—where he pursued meaningful, purpose-driven work that fulfilled him. Where, each day, he would get one step closer to reaching his potential and make a difference in the world.

So he enrolled in coaching.

Through coaching, Ted was able to dig deep to figure out what made him tick—his core values that drove him forward. He discovered he valued freedom and authenticity above everything. He realized his current business didn’t allow him to be authentic—he felt he had to keep up a façade to stay “on brand.”

With this realization, everything in his life fell into place. He finally had clarity on what an Intentional Life looked like and how to build it.

He decided to move away from his old business and created a new one based on his core values. Now he spends every day pursuing purpose-driven work that resonates with him on a fundamental level. Every day he feels inspired to do work that matters.

You can be, too.

But until you discover your core values, you’ll never have the clarity on what an Intentional Life looks like or how to make it a reality.

That’s where I come in.

My Story

Today, I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified Professional Coach. I’ve spent the last decade helping people develop the skills they need to overcome the obstacles in their way, gain clarity on what they want out of life, and create a specific plan to make it a reality.

But I didn’t start out with these skills. I grew up on food stamps and public housing assistance, lived through domestic violence, and most of my friends did drugs and were in and out of prison.

My mindset and habits were terrible: I was lazy, miserable, had no direction in life, and never committed to anything.

I went to college because it was “the thing to do.” I didn’t take it seriously until I took a psychology class. In it, I learned how complex people’s motivations and behaviors are and how much potential we can tap into if we develop the right skills.

I changed my major to psychology that day.

Over the next 10+ years, I learned everything I could about understanding and optimizing human behavior. As I learned, I honed these strategies on myself, and my quality of life skyrocketed.

When I started doing therapy, I used these same skills to help my clients overcome seemingly impossible odds and create a better life.

But I hit a wall being a therapist.

I was only allowed to help people survive—to be “subclinical.” Once they were feeling better, I had to stop seeing them. I couldn’t help them reach their potential because insurance companies don’t cover it.

I spent so long learning how to optimize my own mindset and habits, and helping others do the same, I couldn’t accept the status quo of the therapy world.

But I couldn’t reach my potential—or help others reach theirs—if I kept doing therapy.

So I became a Coach.

For too long, effective psychology has been locked inside the ivory towers of academia or controlled by insurance companies. Now I use my expertise to help people optimize their mindset and habits, so they can live a meaningful life and reach their potential.

As a poor Appalachian kid who overcame domestic violence to become a Psychologist and entrepreneur, I understand the power of developing the right mindset and habits to achieve success.

Your Intentional Life

Imagine: You’re on your deathbed looking back at your life.

Three words describe your life: freedom, fulfillment, and inspired.

You lived life on your terms.

You spent time with the people you loved, doing meaningful work.

You lived a fulfilling life.

You did what few people do—you achieved self-actualization.

You reached your potential.

You have no regrets.

You made the most of every single day.

You look back with nothing but gratitude and contentment.

You lived an Intentional Life.

This can be your future.

I can help you make it a reality.

GOLD Framework of goal achievement

The Coaching Process

Through 1-on-1 coaching, you’ll develop the tools to create an Intentional Life.

One method we’ll use to get you results is a mental model I created called The GOLD Framework. It’s the culmination of my 14+ years of psychological experience distilled into a simple, practical blueprint to help you set and achieve any goal—in this case, how to build an Intentional Life.

Here’s a quick breakdown:

GOLD Framework of goal achievement

The GOLD Framework is deceptively simple but incredibly effective.

Every step is rooted in your values. So anytime you have a choice to make, ask yourself, “Which choice aligns with my values?” You’ll always have clarity on what to do next.

Through coaching, you’ll gain the clarity and accountability you need to build an Intentional Life.

By the end of the first session, you should have a clear picture of where you want to go and how to get there. Each follow-up session is focused on refining your vision and the path to make it a reality.

The Investment

Remember Ted’s story? He achieved those results after a single session.

A few months later, his new business was generating 10x his investment in coaching every month.

Since his work aligns with his values, he’s more invested in maximizing his potential. This translates to more money in his pockets and more meaning in his life.

Imagine how much your life could change with 1-on-1 coaching…

Developing a powerful mindset and habits takes time, and when it comes to coaching, you get what you pay for. High-quality coaches aren’t cheap, and cheap coaches aren’t worth it.

If you want to maximize your results from coaching, you need to be:

  • Willing to invest in your future

  • Engaged each session

  • Ready to put the high-leverage strategies we develop into practice

  • Dedicated to building an Intentional Life
